Bio:
Hal Price retired after serving 20 years in Law Enforcement in Louisiana, starting his career in uniformed patrol and completing his last ten years in investigations. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University and is a graduate of the 206th Session of the FBI National Academy, including FBI Instructor Development. Prior to starting his career as a Law Enforcement Specialist with ATK in February 2004, he served as a law enforcement trainer in less lethal systems and firearms.
